Rupinder Kaur currently serves as the Executive Director, Physician and APC Recruitment at Baptist Health. Her areas of responsibility include provider recruitment strategy for eight hospitals. She’s been in the industry for over a decade. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a bachelor’s degree in biology. She enjoys bringing patient access to underserved communities in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and southern Indiana. She resides in Louisville, Kentucky, with her husband and three children.

Christy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, including VP of Provider Talent at Ardent Health Services, AVP of Provider Recruitment at Lifepoint Health and Physician Recruiter and Senior Consultant at Banner Health. She is skilled in provider relations, team building, process improvement, staffing solutions and previously served in several committee roles for the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR).
